Gunthers Carol I Wish to Fly with Snowflakes (A Christmas Carol) (written by Gunther) Ah, the time when it's winter People gather at home They're happy and content That's when I wish to fly with snowflakes When I peek into windows at Christmas And no one notices and kicks me out I see how happy everyone is And in their fireplace, a fire burns Soot flies along with the snowflakes It's so beautiful So I light my own fireplace at home And imagine that I'm flying too How I'd turn into soot in the fireplace And fly with the flakes over the snow-covered village Over the wizard's tower Over the forest where kind snails and beetles live I'd see mountains, majestically snow-covered Warriors wandering the landscape I'd see Orlorad and Dreath the wizard Standing on the peak, maybe also enjoying Christmas As I soar through the sky, the world below me I feel a sense of freedom, a fleeting moment of bliss But then the reality sets in I'm just soot, destined to fall back to the earth
